Gut Healthy Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 heaping cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 large frozen banana
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1/4 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup spinach leaves
1/2 avocado
1 teaspoon packed fresh grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon probiotic powder (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
