Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and Grease an 8x8 baking dish
Apple Filling
1. In a large bowl combine the sliced apples, cranberries, orange juice, cinnamon, and the coconut sugar. Mix well to coat all the apples.
2. Pour the apple mixture into the baking pan and spread out evenly, set aside.
Topping
1. Combine rolled oats, coconut sugar, gluten free flour, ¼ tsp cinnamon, pinch of salt, and ghee.
2. Using your hands mix well to combine ingredients creating small clumps.
3. Place mixture over the apples and spread evenly.
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until apples are tender. Serve warm
