Culinary Nutrition is about having fun in the kitchen while creating beautiful, healthful, and delicious food using ingredients in their whole fresh form. As a Culinary Nutrition Expert and one who has struggled with health issues of my own, I offer practical, everyday cooking skills; as well as a deeper understanding into the healing power of the foods we eat, and how to prepare them to make delicious, healing recipes. My goal as a Culinary Nutrition Expert is to provide support in health and happiness to everyone toward a way of living that is practical, and disease preventive, one ingredient at a time.
